Bellacino`s Pizza & Grinders in Dearborn

One of the best places to have a meal. Prices, menu and service above and beyond even when they are very busy.The whole menu is for every choice of taste.

Apparently Bellacinos deleted my previous review.. long story short we wont be back services was terrible I had to personally find the waitress to get a to go box and a check food took forever ravioli sucks!eat at your own risk. I don't t care what kind of response managment gives we will not be back it is not worth risking our health. If u want real Italian in springfield their are tons of great options... but this isn't one if them.

Good food, small place... Has a bar, bar tables, regular tables a few booths. Very clean. I had a quarter chicken grinder with potato salad. Son had a 12 inch pizza. Both were very good. I recommend this place. Food tasted fresh. Good portions.

Great Food and atmosphere!

Good food. Usually good service. Ordered online and tipped in advance. My mistake. Picked up pizza - no Please; no Thank You; no nothing. Guy was not even looking at me when he handed me my order. For that money you can put forth a little effort on customer service.

Awesome pizza and grinders, nice staff, and chill atmosphere. Just don’t order pasta. Every time we’ve gotten it, our food takes three times as long to get out than when we order pizza or grinders. It’s also just not as good as their specialties!

Excellent Grinders. The service was excellent and they have Diet Dr Pepper if you want a second diet soda option.

As I was sitting at the bar after lunch grow, I was greeted by a employee who directly said I needed to go to the counter behind the bar and order my food and beverage. Not having ever to have sat at the bar it seem some what move of a directive than how and not what too when at the the bar to order. Long story short, she was rude when bringing the order out. Never given a napkin or utinsels too eat with. Never coming back too see how the sandwich was and if I needed anything else. Some people at certain levels of employement shoiuld be monitor as well. They don't own the business, they represent the business. Two thumbs down. Spent my last $$ there. When she is gone, may return.

Weve been here several times and tried a variety of the menu. The food is really good. Sometimes you might wait a bit for the food or if they are busy the service can be somewhat slow. The servers are friendly but the speed can be hit or miss. As far as the food I would recommend the pizza but the grinders are good too. They have decent garlic cheese bread.

The wait staff was friendly and attentive. The food was tasty as usual.

Visiting from out of town. Ate here three times in a week. Food was great but service became progressively SLOWER with each visit. Last visit took over 25 minutes to get food and then had to get it to go because there was no time to sit and eat. If you have a long time to wait go here; if you’re in a hurry eat somewhere else.

Atmosphere, good food.Had this salad with chicken strawberries, mandarin oranges,sliced almonds,and pecans.

The food was wonderful! We loved the atmosphere and the overall ambience. The wait staff were very good! Our waitress was great! Stayed on top of drinks and other needs! Highly recommend this place!

I was honestly very shocked about how good it really was. I have to say I have not had a pizza there but wow, the Grinders are amazing.

The manager is very rood and hung up on me. After they had already messed my order up once. And have no interest in making it right. Worst costumer service I have ever seen.!!

Well I had high hopes, but! My wife & I arrived at Bellacino's and enter to see the "Wait to be seated" sign. We wait and a young lady in a Bellacino's shirt walks in the door, passed us, and walks to the bar without acknowledging us at all. The whole time we are standing up front I make eye contact with an employee several times, but no greeting, be right with you, nothing. We finally decided that Bellacino's doesn't need any new customers, or our money, so we left. Sad, poor customer service.Update: I received a response from the owner almost immediately, and I spoke to her on the phone. I am impressed with her commitment to the business, and desire to improve. Hopefully our experience was just bad timing on everyone's part. We will give Bellacino's another visit.

Has counter service until their dinner hours. Our large party did get to sit and wait for table service which was nice since we were a bit early. The chicken pesto pizza was pretty memorable. The staff was accomadating and kind. There is bar with a few different beers on tap. Will probably go back again.

I placed a short notice large order and they had it done within 20 minutes! They were extremely friendly and helpful, they even helped carry everything to my car! Wonderful place and service!

My wife loves the place. Good food and good times. The wait staff is always friendly and the food has always come out quick. Even when they are busy they seem to be on top of there game. We have two locations in town and both are really consistent with each other. We will continue to enjoy this place and bring friends and family for many years to come.

Usually love this restaurant and today the food was no exception, however the service was horrible this time. Our server might have just been having a bad day but she made us feel like a burden the entire time, and never refilled our drinks, or checked on us at all. I might also add we were one of the only two tables in the place.

Great pizza & subs! Keep coming back to this place! Pizzas are unique and affordable too! And probably one of the tastiest in town!

This place was amazing!! My boyfriend and I got the buffalo chicken dip & a chicken bacon ranch pizza...both were incredible! Highly recommend!

The cod sandwich was awesome. Make sure you ask for the spicy tartar sauce.

Service was low on the scale.... workers talked and laughed together for abt 10 min before actually starting on my expensive small pizza.. not good when I'm on my lunch brk. Soda is pretty high cost to.. pizza was pretty good, but not for the price. There is alot of pizza places in Springfield guys so I think they need to study that. 2 stars based on service, time and high cost pizza

Excellent service!! The food was outstanding, especially the Seafood Grinder!! And those fries were out of this world!! My family will definitely be frequenting this fabulous restaurant!!

If the waitress would stop watching the game that would be great.

One of my favorite pizza places!

We just ate there. Very highly recommended BEST pizza and salad ever. Know where we will be eating when we get to Springfield. The young man that waited on us was great. Hats off to your establishment.

A little over priced for what you get. One dish was great, the other, not so much. We probably won't go back.

Excellent pizza, thin or thick crust, although I think the thick is so much better. It has a buttery, garlic crust. We tried the Hawaiian style, which is a different take, but so good! Also had the mushroom ravioli was was delicious. The 1st salad on the menu with mixed greens, cranberries, balsamic dressing is the BEST. A place you can go to more than once a week and not be disappointed.

The food here is delicious! We haven't ever had a bad experience. It's always hard for everyone to choose what they want because everything is so good. The service has always been good as well :)

For being an Italian eatery they serve up some true southern pulled pork. Talk about AMAZING!

The food is excellent and fresh. Great menu. BUT SOMETHING I did not appreciate, WRONG CHANNEL. CNN is Fake news, if I go back and see that channel I rather choose somewhere else

The pizza was good but the staff was very unorganized. There was one girl who just made laps around the place. Three different people stopped at our table. None of whom were managers. Also on a side note I am blind. I use a white cane. When I walked in the lady said as she pointed “you can sit over there“. I won’t be back.

Salad was brought out just right before the pizza . Come on . You just might not have opened the second store if food and service suffer.

Whoa now! Fantastic steak grinder with mushrooms, peppers and onions with garlic spread and incredible bacon sour cream potato salad. Springfields hidden gem restaurant, most definitely! A plus, next door is Andy’s Frozen Custard! Springfield Missouri is really a culinary hot spot. So many great restaurants here!

The food was amazing with really large portions. My husband and I split a large grinder and fries and it was so big we ended up boxing one whole plate up, untouched. Then sharing the second plate. Also shared the loaded Nachos. Defiantly a new favorite.

Very disappointed with our visit. Three of us went, and we each ordered something to share so we could each taste more than one thing. Each meal was more bland than the last. The dressing on my salad may as well have been plain vegetable oil, there was NO seasoning whatsoever in the fettuccini alfredo, and the nachos tasted like soggy tortilla chips drenched in spaghetti sauce. The service wasn't much better. One man behind the counter who didn't smile or offer one pleasantry. The whole experience was just awful. I'd give zero stars if I could. Definitely won't be going again.

Love their grinders, not a bad item on the menu. Great service, everyone was very friendly. Definitely on our list to visit again, often.
